一、简 历
刘可为,男,研究员、博士生导师,1981 年生,辽宁铁岭人。2003 年本科毕业于东北师范大学化学学院,2008 年博士毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所。2008 年到2012 年先后在新加坡南洋理工大学和日本国立物质材料研究所进行博士后研究。2013 年回到中科院长春光机所。近年来一直在从事宽禁带半导体光电材料与器件研究,发表SCI论文50余篇,被SCI引用1000余次,在国际国内学术会议上做邀请报告10余次。科研成果多次被Chemical Society Reviews等引用和评述。获吉林省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第8)、及吉林省高层次创新创业人才、吉林省拔尖创新人才等科技奖励和荣誉。
二、研究方向
宽禁带半导体材料与器件,包括光电探测器、发光和激光器件等。
